Dear sir,
The undersigned has got total experience of more than 30 years
out of which 10 years in defence navy followed by 3-1/2 years
in Mazagoan dock off shore project, 07 years as general manager
of german collaboration firm at Taloja namely ocean globe
container services India Limited and thereafter as a professional
consultants for the following firms for the last 10 years
:

02. Time Shipping Limited, Bhavnagar as Director.
03. Frick India Limited Delhi as Marketing Advisor.
04. Walco Engineering Limited Delhi as Marketing Advisor.
05. Jayshri Textiles of Indian Rayan as Marketing Advisor.
06. Dalal Consultants & Engineering Ltd. as Marketing Advisor.
07. CICO Group Company as Marketing Advisor.
During the above years I had the best occasion to be in close
touch with the top and middle management of prominent defence
/ Para defence organizations such as Army, Navy, Air Force,
Coastguard, BSF, DGBR, Etc. and also the prominent public
sector units such as ONGC, GAIL, Oil companies ( HPCL, BPCL,
IOCL,Etc.) and other private sector units. As such I will
be in a position to promote your company in practically all
the sectors desired by you.
My terms of working will be as follows. You will have to bare
the following expenses for working on a long term basis.
A.
Retainer ship fee of Rs 15,000 per month as
professional charges for devoting five to seven days in a
month for your companies work. Any additional day will be
charged extra at the rate of Rs 1,500 per day.
B. Travel expenses local and out station to be born by you
at actual with your prior approval on the following lines.
i. Travel by Air / First
A/C as per need to be decided by the undersigned.
ii. DA at the rate of
Rs 3,000 per day for outstation.
iii. DA at the rate of
Rs 500 per day for local work
at Bombay.
iv. Taxi at actual for outstation
as well as local travel in addition to first class pass /
ticket for local work at Bombay.
v. Misc. expenses such as entertainment
and gifts at actual with prior permissions.
C. You will have to associate the undersigned for working
out of the actual tender after the registration formalities
are over for advising you the percentage margin to be added
to your offer for obtaining the final order so that the same
can be parted by you for catering all expenses on the undersigned
as well as sundries to be provided to the ordering authority.
We can assure you for a most prompt and successful marketing
/ Liasioning services from registration of your firm with
various organization to obtaining of orders & their successful
execution till the full and final payments are received.

final discussion based on the final work quantum required
by you.
